Dason just finished posing for senior pictures.
I can't believe this is Dason's senior year of high school! He has really enjoyed attending Wiregrass Ranch High School here in Florida. He made the honor roll this year and we didn't know it until we found the certificate in the trash. We also didn't know he was is in the Art Club until he called to ask us to bring the shirt up because the club was having pictures taken for the yearbook.
This year he has enjoyed the freedom of driving the 1995 Thunderbird we purchased from Rick's parents. Even though it isn't the newest ride, it gets him from point A to point B. As passengers, our hearts race with his infrequent blinker use and last minute braking. We are so grateful he is a responsible teen and pray it continues to carry over to his time on the road.
He did great in school and wrapped up last year with a fantastic ACT score as well as passing all of his AP exams. I told him he tipped his hand because now if he has a less than stellar grade we know he is more than capable. His grades are so good that he qualifies for the Bright Futures Scholarship if he attends school in Florida. Alas, he has his heart set on BYU.

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGG. The floorboards of the passenger side are worn out from braking. So nice to know I'm not the only one. Love those drivers. Are Dayson's college plans in yet?
